FOUNDATION FOR DENTAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY
The Foundation is a non-profit 501 (C)(3) organization. The purpose of the Foundation is to advance the profession of dental laboratory technology by addressing industry driven needs and providing solutions that are relevant and accessible to dental technicians and other members of the dental team.
The Foundation was able to award that a total of 60 grants and scholarships have been awarded to individuals and organizations from January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021. To put into perspective, just over 70 were awarded in 2020, and there are still five months to go!
Grants and scholarships awarded during the first half of the year include:
- CDT Pillar Scholarship
- RG Pillar Scholarship
- CDT Hardship Grant
- Sterngold Grant
- SCDL Component Business Education Grant
- SCDL Business Enterprise Education Grant
There are still ample remaining grants and scholarships opportunities for the second half of the year, including the CDT Hardship Grant (application deadline 11/30/2021) CDT Pillar Scholarship (application deadline 09/15/2021)RG Pillar Scholarship (application deadline 09/15/2021) Keystone Grant (application deadline 10/15/2021) and the Mark Jackson Memorial Education Grant (application deadline 11/15/2021).
